Your trust matters more to us than almost anything else. Here's exactly what we collect, what we don't, and what we'll never do.
What we collect
Pre-launch (now): only your email address when you join the waitlist, and the language you signed up in. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and uses no cookies. After launch: the records you choose to store with us — encrypted at all times.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share with advertisers. We don't use your records to train AI. We don't track you across other websites. We don't use third-party trackers.
How we secure it
All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using strong cryptography. Family unlock works only with a password you set. We never have plaintext access to the contents of your records. Our roadmap includes upgrading to true zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@heirlooms.app. We respond within 7 days. You can export everything you've recorded at any time from your account.
